The Role As Head Chef, you will: Lead, mentor and develop a full kitchen brigade Drive food quality and consistency across high-volume service Own COGS, labour targets and financial performance Deliver seasonal menu development suited to a broad coastal audience Ensure compliance, food safety and operational excellence Work closely with Venue Manager and senior leadership What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Head Chef in a pub, bistro or high-volume venue Strong commercial acumen - confident managing GP, stock and labour A calm, structured leader who builds strong kitchen culture Someone hands-on in service who leads from the front Experience in tourism-driven or coastal markets highly regarded Why Choose Us?
